Additional functions

Pump protection
A current sensor and a fuse are used to protect the pump.
Types of protection
  • Pump overload protection (over rated current). - Triggers when the rated current exceeds the maximum limit. (Pump will be turned off)
  • Protection against pump operation without water. Triggers when the load drops significantly relative to the nominal value. (Pump will be turned off)
  • Protection against overcurrent protection. - Will operate at the maximum permissible current. (Pump will be turned off)
  • Short circuit protection. (fuse)
Antifreeze system
  • When the temperature at the "Solar panel" output sensor is determined to be + 4° and below, it starts the pump to avoid freezing of water in the pipes and throughout the system. (works until the temperature rises above +5°C)
Application for Android
  • Using the APP, you can configure the device easily and simply
  • View the status of the device, as well as malfunctions

Device settings:
Device name - any name up to 20 characters. Will be visible when searching for a device.
Address - address up to 50 characters. Visible only when connected.

Temperature difference - temperature difference between the Rin and Rout sensors at which circulation will be activated
Time after circulation - time the device will continue to circulate after reaching the desired temperature
Temp OFF - temperature below which the device does not turn on circulation (does not affect the antifreeze system)
Nominal current - current consumed by the device during normal operation
Overload current - current, when exceeded, the device switches to overload protection mode

Switches:
Light sensor - turns the device on or off depending on the light level.
Current sensor - activates current control and protection when permissible values are exceeded.
Pressure sensor - enables pressure control from an external pressure sensor
Smart Mode - automatically regulates the operation of the device based on readings from available sensors

Single manual start

single manual start of the device with a set circulation time
When the circulation time is set to 00:00, the engine runs in continuous mode.

Cyclic mode

cyclic operation mode, in which the duration of circulation and the pause interval before the next cycle are set.

New motor

Automatic calibration function. When you click the "New Motor" button, the engine characteristics are determined and the resulting parameters are saved in the system.
